What has been built in, what has been measured, and what has not been tested. No conformance is claimed.

This is a voluntary statement. The Web Accessibility Directive (EU) 2016/2102 applies to public sector bodies, which this site is not, and the European Accessibility Act covers specific categories of service that a privately run reference site does not fall into. None of that is a reason to build the site badly, so this page sets out what was actually done.
What is built in

The site loads no third-party scripts, sets no cookies and shows no overlays or modal dialogs. There is no accessibility widget, because those tend to interfere with the assistive technology a reader already has configured.
Contrast, measured
Every colour pair in the palette was calculated against the WCAG relative luminance formula rather than estimated by eye. Three failures were found during this check and all three were corrected: the calculator result colour, the italic accent inside headings, and the border on form controls. The current values are:

Purely structural rules, the thin lines that divide sections and cards, are deliberately below 3:1. They separate content visually and carry no information, and nothing depends on seeing them.
What has not been tested
This is the part most accessibility statements leave out, and it is the part worth reading.

Because of that, no conformance level is claimed. Saying "conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA" without an audit behind it would be the same kind of unearned claim this site refuses to make about hardware it has not tested.
Known limitations
The decorative dot grid behind the content is hidden from assistive technology and disappears on small screens, but it does sit behind text at low opacity on larger ones. If it causes difficulty, browser reader modes strip it entirely and the content survives that unchanged.
Wide specification tables scroll horizontally inside their own container. The container is keyboard scrollable, but a table with many columns is still harder work on a narrow screen than on a wide one, and no restructuring makes that fully go away.
