Applicable law
The operator and the place of establishment are in Bulgaria, a member state of the European Union. Bulgarian law and directly applicable European Union law govern this service. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the state in which a user has their habitual residence.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed Regulation (EU) 524/2013 with effect from that date. A link to that platform, which still appears in a great many imprints, now leads nowhere, and you will not find one here.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission maintains a list of recognised dispute resolution bodies in the member states on its Consumer Redress portal.
