Flux: Mode 2 FPV's flight controller

Everything else in this archive is a frame. The Flux was not: it was Mode 2 FPV's own flight controller, sold through the same shop alongside the carbon frames rather than as a competing product. Its shop page was at /shop/flux/, but no capture of that page with a specification sheet survives in the Wayback Machine's record of the site.

Why this page exists

One of this domain's surviving inbound links points here. A German FPV blogger, at blog.seidel-philipp.de, published a wiring diagram for the Flux and linked it back to its original mode-2.com shop page. That link is one of the reasons this archive exists at all: someone wired a Flux following that diagram, and the page it pointed to should not simply vanish.

What this page cannot say

No processor, gyro, firmware, mounting pattern, price or release date for the Flux survives anywhere in the record this archive was built from. This page will not describe its features or performance, because none of that is documented; doing so would mean inventing a specification sheet for a product this archive cannot actually verify. Unlike the frame line, there is also no record of the Flux being released under the GNU GPL v3 or any open licence: the open-source release Mode 2 FPV is documented for applied to its frame designs, not to its electronics.

The Flux was not the only electronics product in the catalogue. Mode 2 FPV also sold a Kamikaze F4X flight controller and a Kamikaze V2 4-in-1 32-bit ESC. Both are documented only by name, in the same Wayback URL inventory and 2018 keyword export, with no specification surviving for either.
